DELIVERY
The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product.
It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order if you're in Kuwait and 2-7 business days if you're outside of Kuwait, However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, national holidays, etc. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website.
BAIN DE MER is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
A shipment usually takes 3-10 business days to arrive. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Please note that the shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes. Thank you for your understanding.
RETURNS
We accept products purchased from baindemerkwt in new condition with tags and original BAIN DE MER packaging intact for store credit. Return shipping is at customer expense. You have 30 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for store credit. Please note sale items are final sale are not eligible for return.
For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept products that are worn or are soiled/stained. Please contact us at baindemerkwt.returns@gmail.com to notify us.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange an item, for another size or color, you may do this subject to availability of other sizes and colors. You should follow the return instructions and return the item accordingly and re-order the new style separately.
